Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). Any information or instructions published by the Promoter about the Promotion at John Lewis Terms and Conditions (Gift cards, e-gift cards, gift vouchers and promotional discounts sections) form part of the Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter

1. The Promoter is John Lewis PLC, 171 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 5NN (the “Promoter”).

Promotion Period

2. There will be multiple redemption promotions running in John Lewis branches and johnlewis.com at any one time. The Promotion will commence at 00:01 (GMT) on the advertised start date and shall close at 23:59 (GMT) on the advertised close date (the “Promotion Period”). Any expectations to this will be clearly advertised to the customer ahead of the commencement date.


3. To be eligible to participate in the Promotion you must be a U.K., Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Republic of Ireland resident aged 18+ with a valid U.K, Channel Island, Isle of Man or Republic of Ireland bank account (“Participant”).
  You must have an email address to participate in the promotion (so that we can email the gift card reward).
4. This Promotion is only available to end users (e.g. not to any reseller or business).
5. Claims may only be submitted by the individual end user, Claims made by Participating Retailers, other Resellers and/or their staff on behalf of the end user are specifically excluded and any such Claims will be automatically rejected.


6. The Home and Fashion offer is available to customers who spent £1000 or more, after promotions and discounts, including Partner Discount, on product(s) from the below table during the Promotion Period. One e-gift card can be claimed per customer.

8. To claim participants must purchase or one or more products equating to £1000+ from Table 1, or purchase a Product from Table 2, online or in store during the Promotion Period, then visit www.RedeemYourReward.co.uk and enter your unique receipt/order numbers, corresponding eligible purchase dates, Full Name, and a valid Email Address. Please note that anyone professionally connected with the promotion, including retailers, is not permitted to assist with the claims process or claim on your behalf and any such claims will be invalidated.
9. Where a promotion refers to a £125 ‘my John Lewis’ rewards participants do not have to be a ‘my John Lewis’ member to be able to claim the minimum £100 e-gift card reward.
10. Where a promotion refers to a £125 ‘my John Lewis’ rewards participants must be a ‘my John Lewis’ member when they claim to receive their additional £25. Participants will only be eligible to receive the higher value of reward if the valid ‘my John Lewis’ number is provided during the claim process. The ‘my John Lewis’ membership number cannot be provided after the claim is submitted.
11. Maximum of one (1) Claim per offer, per customer.
12. Offer is only available with redemptions made via the affiliate link using the details printed on the receipt (the receipt/order number + purchase date).
13. Participants will be sent an initial email to confirm that their Claim has been received by the Promoter. Should the claim be validated successfully, a second email will be sent to confirm.
14. If an email acknowledgement has not been received, it is the Participant’s responsibility to contact our Customer Service Team via the Contact Us section within seven (7) days of a Claim being submitted.
15. Offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
16. You will receive your e-gift card reward via email within three working days, once your claim has been validated.
17. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for loss or delays which occur during any communication or transmission of Claims.
18. You must provide valid details (full name, email address) and any other requested information and submit it in your form to be able to redeem your Reward.
19. Claims will only be eligible to claim after forty (40) days from the date of purchase, the customer then is able to claim within 30 days of this eligibility date. For example, a final claim date for purchases made on the 19th August 2019 should claim no later than 23:59 (GMT) on the 28th October 2019 (the “End Date”). Claims received after the End Date will not be eligible. For the avoidance of doubt, the date of purchase counts as day 1.
20. Participants will receive the Reward by way of email.
21. Fulfilment of the reward will be managed by Hawk Incentives Limited on behalf of John Lewis. If the reward is not received within (30) days (72 hours for e-vouchers) of your claimed date, then you should contact our dedicated Customer Service team via the Contact Us section.
22. If a Participant returns or cancels the delivery of a Promotion Product before submitting a Claim, the Participant must not make a Claim. If a Participant returns or cancels the delivery of a Promotion Product after submitting a Claim, the Claim will be invalid and the Participant must cancel the Claim immediately by calling 0344 381 5064.

Privacy and Data Protection

23. Other than as set out in these Terms and Conditions or for the purposes of operating the Promotion, the details and information provided by the Participant when entering the Promotion or claiming the Reward will not be used for any promotional purpose, nor shall they be passed to any third party other than to process the reward.


24. The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify Claims which it considers do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
25. The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid Claims including, without limitation, to generate or require further verification as to proof of purchase, as well as the identity, age, and other relevant details of a Participant. This process may involve the Promoter sharing information with third parties.
26. Rewards are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter may substitute a Reward of equal or greater value for the Reward.
27. The Promotion is not redeemable with any other offer from the Promoter.
