| 2. | There will be multiple redemption promotions running in John Lewis branches and johnlewis.com at any one time. The Promotion will commence at 00:01 (GMT) on the advertised start date and shall close at 23:59 (GMT) on the advertised close date (the “Promotion Period”). Any expectations to this will be clearly advertised to the customer ahead of the commencement date. |
Eligibility
| 3. | To be eligible to participate in the Promotion you must be a U.K., Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Republic of Ireland resident aged 18+ with a valid U.K, Channel Island, Isle of Man or Republic of Ireland bank account (“Participant”). |
| 4. | This Promotion is only available to end users (e.g. not to any reseller or business). |
| 5. | Claims may only be submitted by the individual end user, Claims made by Participating Retailers, other Resellers and/or their staff on behalf of the end user are specifically excluded and any such Claims will be automatically rejected. |

Claims
| 7. | To claim, Participants must purchase a Promotion Product online or in store during the Promotion Period then visit www.RedeemYourReward.co.uk and enter your unique receipt/order numbers, Corresponding eligible purchase dates, Full Name, Delivery Address, and a valid Email Address. Please note that anyone professionally connected with the promotion, including retailers, is not permitted to assist with the claims process or claim on your behalf and any such claims will be invalidated. |
| 8. | Maximum of one (1) Claim per Promotion Product purchased. |
| 9. | Offer is only available with redemptions made via the affiliate link using the details printed on the receipt (the receipt/order number + purchase date). |
| 10. | Participants will be sent an initial email to confirm that their Claim has been received by the Promoter. Should the claim be validated successfully, a second email to confirm the order of the reward will be sent. |
| 11. | If an email acknowledgement has not been received, it is the Participant’s responsibility to contact our Customer Service Team via the Contact Us section within seven (7) days of a Claim being submitted. |
| 12. | Offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. |
| 13. | The Reward will aim to be delivered 30 days after the Claim being validated to the order number/receipt number and date provided in the Claim. E-vouchers will be delivered within 48 hours and physical vouchers will be delivered within 30 days after your claim. |
| 14. | No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for loss or delays which occur during any communication or transmission of Claims. |
| 15. | You must provide valid details (full name, email address, full address, mobile number) and any other requested information and submit it in your form to be able to redeem your Reward. |
| 16. | The reward you receive will depend on the qualifying product you have purchased. Please see the table above for full details of which products are eligible for which reward. |
| 17. | Claims will only be eligible to claim after thirty-five (35) days from the date of purchase, the customer then has 30 (thirty) days to submit their claim. For example, a final claim date for purchases made on the 9th June 2019 should claim no later than 23:59 (GMT) on the 12th August 2019 (the “End Date”). Claims received after the End Date will not be eligible. For the avoidance of doubt, the date of purchase counts as day 1. |
| 18. | Participants will receive the Reward by way of email. |
| 19. | Fulfilment of the reward will be managed by Hawk Incentives Limited on behalf of John Lewis. If the reward is not received within (30) days (48h for e-vouchers) of your claimed date, then you should contact our dedicated Customer Service team via the Contact Us section. |
| 20. | If a Participant returns or cancels the delivery of a Promotion Product before submitting a Claim, the Participant must not make a Claim. If a Participant returns or cancels the delivery of a Promotion Product after submitting a Claim, the Claim will be invalid and the Participant must cancel the Claim immediately by calling 0344 381 5064. |
Privacy and Data Protection
| 21. | Other than as set out in these Terms and Conditions or for the purposes of operating the Promotion, the details and information provided by the Participant when entering the Promotion or claiming the Reward will not be used for any promotional purpose, nor shall they be passed to any third party other than to process the reward. |
General
| 22. | The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify Claims which it considers do not comply with these Terms and Conditions. |
| 23. | The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid Claims including, without limitation, to generate or require further verification as to proof of purchase, as well as the identity, age, and other relevant details of a Participant. This process may involve the Promoter sharing information with third parties. |
| 24. | Rewards are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter may substitute a Reward of equal or greater value for the Reward. |
| 25. | The Promotion is not redeemable with any other offer from the Promoter. |
